How the Process Works

The client uploads or emails a clear, scanned copy of the document. Documents may also be submitted via WhatsApp or in person.

We review the language, length, complexity, formatting, certification requirements, and requested deadline. A quote is provided.

The client accepts the quotation and submits payment. Full payment is required before commencement. Large projects may require a half deposit.

The document is translated, proofread, and formatted to match the original as closely as possible.

The completed translation is sent electronically or collected in person or sent via a courier service depending on the agreed service.
